Exposure mode
Camera operating mode which determines which settings the photographer controls and which are determined automatically by the camera.
Auto and Program modes set all the exposure settings automatically.
Scene modes are automatic modes for specialised applications such as night photography or portraits.
Aperture priority gives the photographer control over the aperture setting and changes shutter speed to suit.
Shutter priority gives the photographer control over the aperture setting and changes aperture to suit.
Flexible priority allows the photographer to control either aperture or shutter speed and changes the other to suit.
